'American Horror Story' Renewed for Season 10
Incredible news for American Horror Story fans. The series, which is yet to air its eighth season, has already been renewed for Season 10.
Following the news that Jessica Lange will be returning in the upcoming eighth season, American Horror Story: Apocalypse, it's also been revealed that FX is already planning on bringing the show back for a tenth season.
Variety confirmed the renewal, which proves just how committed FX is to the show, which had already been renewed for a ninth season, with Season 8 airing from September 12, 2018. Basically, AHS isn't ending anytime soon.
Ryan Murphy previously confirmed that AHS: Apocalypse will be the long-awaited crossover between Season 1 (Murder House) and Season 3 (Coven). The co-creator shared the incredible news on Twitter when he wrote, "The Coven/Murder House AHS crossover season won't be happening next year...because it's happening THIS YEAR. AHS #8 WITCHES RULE THIS SEPTEMBER."
Murphy also revealed that Joan Collins would be joining the show for AHS: Apocalypse, which is a major casting coup for the series.

Fan favorite Emma Roberts will also be returning for Apocalypse as Coven character Madison Montgomery. On August 3, Roberts confirmed at the Television Critics Association press tour that fans of the show have a lot more GIF-worthy moments to look forward to: "Yesterday the director actually told me to play it bitchier, which I didn't think was possible!"
