Ariana Grande Quickly Settles Divorce With Ex Dalton Gomez

Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez are officially divorced.
The former couple have settled the terms of their separation, according to a new report from Page Six. Despite the date of their separation being listed as Feb. 20, Grande, 30, and Gomez, 30, didn't officially file for divorce until September.
A source told the outlet, "Ariana and Dalton really wanted to take care of each through all of this and make it as easy on one another as possible—which is why they really took their time with everything."
The court records obtained by the publication show that the settlement was filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday, Oct. 6. Sources revealed that the "Thank U, Next" songstress is expected to give Dalton an upfront payment, rather than paying monthly spousal support, which is a "better financial agreement" for the real estate broker.
The agreement is also expected to give Gomez continued 24-hour security to ensure that he continues to live a safe and private lifestyle after his split from the singer.
In her initial divorce filing, Grande cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split. The pair were also believed to have prenup established, though the details of that agreement have not been disclosed.
News of Grande and Gomez's split first made headlines in mid-July, right before the Grammy winner was revealed to be dating her Wicked co-star Ethan Slater.
Shortly after, Slater, 31, filed for divorce from his wife Lilly Jay, his high school sweetheart whom he married in 2018. The pair welcomed their first child together in 2022, and they intend to co-parent together amid their separation.
