For the competition, you can enter in any of the following categories: Cozy breakfasts, appetizers for any party, dinners with heart, and no-fuss desserts. The Food Network will be judging the entries. If you win? Beyond eternal Pioneer Woman Protégé bragging rights, you’ll score $50,000, a kitchen makeover from GE Appliances, a Food Network Magazine feature, and trip to New York for a cameo on the Food Network’s show The Kitchen.
“I love that the Pillsbury Bake-Off contest gives home cooks the chance to share their recipes and stories with America,” said Drummond in a video statement. Her advice? “[The] best dish doesn’t have to be complicated. A simple twist on a family-favorite might be the game-changer.” Time to get to work on Memaw’s cheesy spinach crescents, y’all.
