- Do not overlook the calories that can add up when drinking cocktails, sodas, and festive holiday drinks like hot chocolate and coffee drinks.
- When drinking, have 1 glass of water for every glass of alcohol which will help you pace yourself and cut down on calories.
- Take a walk after dinner or even before dinner.
