The Bachelor's Amanda Stanton Arrested in Las Vegas

Not everything that happens in Vegas stays there — and Bachelor Nation's Amanda Stanton is learning that. According to Us Weekly, the Bachelor in Paradise alumnae was in Las Vegas for a party and was arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence after an altercation with a guard at her hotel.
Us Weekly adds that fellow Bachelor contestant Lauren Bushnell was present for the celebration, too, which was a co-ed bachelorette party held at The Encore hotel. Bobby Jacobs, Stanton's professional volleyball player boyfriend, was confronted by a security guard when other guests complained about noise coming from a hotel room. When a guard came up to check things out, he and Jacobs got into an altercation. When Stanton intervened, she shoved Jacobs and the security guard called the police. She was arrested on one count of battery domestic violence and released on Monday.

According to TMZ, nobody involved — Jacobs, Stanton, or Bushnell — has issued an official statement. The site does mention that Stanton and Jacobs claim that something may have been slipped into her drink during the festivities. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department hasn't mentioned anything about that particular detail, but did confirm that officers arrived on the scene at 3:15 a.m. local time.
