The Bachelor's Joey Grazadei Is Engaged: See the Shocking Final Rose Ceremony

The Bachelor star Joey Graziadei got engaged to his final pick on Monday night’s Season 28 finale.

But the tennis pro’s choice between Kelsey Anderson and Daisy Kent wasn’t without incredible drama!

Joey sobbed as one woman decided to walk away from the beach in Tulum, Mexico—22 years after Alex Michel was introduced as the very first Bachelor.

All season, Joey, 28, had strongly connected with curly-haired junior project manager Kelsey, 25, and account executive Daisy, also 25, who suffers from hearing loss.

Read on to find out more about what happened on the finale.

Who did Joey pick on The Bachelor finale?

In a shocking unprecedented move, Daisy and Kelsey rode together in the same van to Joey's romantic site.

Daisy saw Joey alone first and told him, "Falling in love with you has been so fun."

Then she added, "But the thing is," pausing and continuing, "You're not going to choose me."

Daisy told Joey she realized he wasn't her person, and knew that Joey knew that, too.

As Joey cried, Daisy said, "I'm gonna go."

Joey babbled, "It hurts so much" to let Daisy down, but explained his heart had led him to Kelsey.

"I know how much I'll miss you," The Bachelor cried to Daisy.

He wanted to walk her out, but Daisy said she'd see herself off the show.

Joey bawled and had to take a break. "Daisy's the strongest woman I ever met," he noted.

Daisy hugged Kelsey goodbye and left crying in the van.

Did Joey and Kelsey get their happy ending?

Joey was still broken up about Daisy but ready to propose to Kelsey.

He told Kelsey, dressed in a white gown, "Everything we do, we just enjoy each other. There's nothing difficult about choosing you."

Joey said, "I love you. It's a feeling I've never had before. You're my light."

The Bachelor got down on one knee, showing Kelsey the massive Neil Lane diamond ring, and saying, "I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Will you marry me?"

She gave him an emotional yes!

They hugged and kissed and Kelsey cried, "Oh, my God!"

Joey offered her his final rose and she accepted it.

"It feels so right and so exciting," Kelsey crowed to cameras

"We are engaged," Joey smiled.

"Let's get outta here!" he told Kelsey, and they walked down the beach hand in hand.

How did Joey’s family react to Daisy?

Joey’s father Nick, his mom Cathy, and sisters Carly and Ellie were in Tulum to evaluate his final two.

She explained to Joey’s relatives how she lost most of her hearing eight years before and recalled how “kind and caring” The Bachelor was about that revelation.

“This whole experience has changed my life,” Daisy said, bringing Carly to tears.

Soon, sitting down with his two sisters, Daisy said, “I am in love with him,” but admitted she was scared there was still someone else.

The sisters told Joey how much they loved her sweetness.

Ellie told him Daisy was “all in.”

Daisy spoke to Joey’s mom privately and said, “I love very deeply. I put up walls from past relationships.”

“He’s worth it,” Daisy sobbed to Cathy. “I’m so sure” of him.

Cathy told her it would be an honor if Daisy became her daughter-in-law.

Daisy told Joey Cathy’s reaction had melted her heart.

What happened when Kelsey met Joey’s family?

Kelsey told the relatives how she’d lost her mom to cancer a couple of years before.

Joey’s mother told cameras “the emotional connection was obvious” between her son and Kelsey.

The Bachelor’s sisters questioned Kelsey and the beauty said, “We just make sense together…I know that I love Joey.”

When Ellie asked if she was ready to be married, Kelsey said she didn’t have a timeline but thought she was ready for a proposal.

Carly said in confessional that Kelsey didn’t seem as strong as Daisy about getting engaged.

She told Joey her concern, that Daisy was “all in” but Kelsey just said, “I think so.”

Joey vowed to talk to Kelsey more about that.

Kelsey said to Joey’s dad that it wasn’t just infatuation. She cried about Daisy being an amazing woman.

Kelsey told Cathy “I want this so bad,” but could also see Daisy making Joey happy. “He has a heart of gold," she sobbed to his mom.

How did Joey and Daisy's final date go?

The two had a Mexican spiritual ceremony in which a shaman performed a cleansing ritual and they shared a sweat hut.

Daisy told cameras she felt frustrated because they had to stay quiet. She just wanted to tell Joey that she loved him!

“It hurts,” Daisy moaned to cameras. “He’s not sure of me.”

The two made wishes in front of a fire and while Daisy wanted to grow with Joey, he told her, strangely, “You deserve nothing but the best.”

That made Daisy feel insecure and told cameras Joey didn’t seem excited about their relationship.

“Everything seems so heavy on me,” she said in confessional. “That sucks.”

What happened during their evening time?

Daisy was thinking she wouldn’t be Joey’s choice, but brushed off the bad feeling and was determined to tell him she loved him.

The blonde praised Joey for showing “so much kindness” to all the gals. “You should be so insanely proud of yourself.

Then she said, “I do love you…it feels so natural and uplifting.”

Joey replied, “That’s so good to hear.”

Daisy felt that sinking feeling again, telling cameras, “It would have been nice if I’d gotten some sort of validation.”

Joey talked about feeling the heavy weight of his decision and didn’t want to hurt either her or Kelsey.

“Something’s a little bit off…he’s being measured and careful,” Daisy said in confessional.

Joey thanked her for “being fully in it.”

“If I’m being 100 percent honest, I don’t think it’s me,” Daisy sighed to cameras as he left.

How did Joey and Kelsey connect on their date?

The two shared a sexy spa date, getting massages and foot rubs.

“We have this physical bond,” Joey told cameras.

Meanwhile, Daisy was crying in her room, feeling that she wouldn’t be his choice.

Joey told Kelsey he had long visualized her meeting his family.

Kelsey got emotional and said, “It’s supposed to be you and I,” but still was worried.

“I don’t want you having doubt,” Joey told her.

“I feel very lucky,” The Bachelor said, making heavy eye contact with his long-haired love.

Kelsey told him, “I want you to know how much I love you…I can’t get enough…I want to be in your corner…I want to be your best friend.”

After lots of kissing, Joey left to make his final decision.

How did Joey select his engagement ring?

Jeweler Neil Lane showed Joey some engagement rings.

Both gals were terrified it wouldn’t be them.

Daisy was pacing in her room and feeling like things weren’t right with Joey.

“Love shouldn’t feel like it hurts so much,” Daisy said, knocking on Kelsey's door.

Daisy asked Kelsey how things had gone with Joey and she said, “I did feel a lot of validation.”

The blonde told her, “I’m going to be completely open…there was something missing between me and Joey."

Also, Daisy admitted to her rival that she hadn’t felt validation from him.

Kelsey cried, “I do love him so much.”

Daisy mused to cameras, “It shouldn’t feel this way. I really think it’s Kelsey.”

But she added, “What if it’s not?”
