If you purchase just the whitening trays, you can get them on Amazon for $58, but if you go for the combo, you're looking at almost $70 for the kit on the Opalescence website. It's not the cheapest way to whiten teeth, but Opalescence offers a 10% discount on subscriptions. Depending on how often you want to refresh your smile, you can subscribe for an automatic delivery every one, two or three months.

If you already have trays, using the gel is straightforward — you simply put a small drop of gel onto each tooth impression in your tray and wear the tray for 30 to 45 minutes. In two weeks, your teeth will be noticeably whiter.
