What is beta-glucan?

Beta-glucan is a type of soluble fiber found in foods like oats and barley. Ingredients:

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 2? Tbs. nut butter or 2 eggs

  • ? cup nut milk

Directions:
