Brain Floss: J Strickland | The mind behind 1999 Cult, early Baker Skateboards videos and more
While showing his art in a group show in San Diego recently, we caught up with the reclusive J Strickland, and we both wanted to do a Brain Floss piece. J's been staying busy doing all kinds of skate and art world stuff. From editing his old tapes and making new edits of never-been-seen footage to making sculptures of his famous elephant character, hand-screening new decks and T-shirts (which you can find here) and more. And we also got his side of the Heath Kirchart ransom footage story. Tune in.
