They're just the best of friends!
Cats and dogs are often portrayed as opposites--even enemies--but one furry duo is ready to prove everyone wrong. It all began when Archibald, a feisty Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy, became determined to befriend his new kitty sibling. It took time and effort, but his work paid off!
In an adorable video on the puppy's TikTok account, @archibald_the_cav, the pets' owner reflects on the journey it took for them to connect. The feline was stubborn, but no one can resist this pup's sweetness!

These two are so cute! We love how Archibald adores his kitty friend from the very first time they meet. For the cat, though, it took some getting used to.
Commenter @kacietherockjohnson wasn't the only one who laughed out loud at Archibald's reaction "the first time he got attacked." He really didn't know what was coming! Luckily, though, it was just a matter of time before the kitty came around. Now--they're like the best of friends!
"A dog that has a cat who loves them is blessed," wrote @mamabrowniebite. You can say that again! Not all felines can be won over by another species, but it's clear that these two were simply meant to be.
We agree wholeheartedly with @daianna_macleod who said, "that’s it.. this is just too freaking adorable." We might actually melt from the cuteness! That tiny puppy by himself is nearly too precious for words, but when they're together we can barely handle it. They might literally be the purr-fect fur siblings--don't you think?
