Cheesecake Factory Debuts Decadent New Cheesecake Flavor

Cheesecake Factory just unveiled a brand-new flavor of its famous cheesecakes and it sounds almost too good to be true.

According to an exclusive statement shared with TODAY.com, the restaurant is adding its 30th flavor, Cookie Dough Lover’s Cheesecake with Pecans, to menus nationwide later this month.

The new menu item reportedly takes Cheesecake Factory's iconic cheesecake and "loads it up with chocolate chip pecan cookie dough and finishes it with cookie dough frosting."

Cheesecake fans will be able to get their hands on the sweet new treat just in time to celebrate National Cheesecake Day–which falls on Sunday, July 30 of this year.

But that's not all Cheesecake Factory is debuting. To kick-start the restaurant's new rewards program, customers who sign up by National Cheesecake Day can enjoy any slice of cheesecake for half price when they dine in on Monday, July 31, or Tuesday, Aug. 1.

The company also told reporters that it will donate 25 cents to Feeding America for every slice of Cookie Dough Lover’s Cheesecake with Pecans sold over the course of the next year, up until July 29, 2024.

And if chocolate chips or pecans aren't your thing, you have 29 other tasty options to choose from this summer–including fan-favorites like Pineapple Upside-Down Cheesecake, Caramel Apple Cheesecake, Very Cherry Ghirardelli Chocolate Cheesecake and Coconut Cream Pie Cheesecake, just to name a few.

Other eateries adding sweet treats to menus just in time for the summer season include IHOP, Krispy Kreme, Starbucks and KFC.
