Taylor Swift turns 34 on Dec. 13—and Chili's just pitched itself as the location for the pop star's birthday dinner hosted by Travis Kelce.
On Monday, Dec. 11, Chili's re-posted a Page Six article about Kelce planning a "romantic dinner" for Swift's birthday celebration. The Tex-Mex restaurant chain's official X account declared, "he’s taking her to Chili’s."
X users found the idea of Kelce throwing his international pop star girlfriend—the literal Time Person of the Year 2023—a birthday bash at Chili's highly entertaining.
One person joked, "I truly believe Travis is a rewards member so he can get her free chips and salsa."
Another X user quipped, "Probably going to let her order appetizers AND a dessert too."
Meanwhile, someone else commented, "idk if my man takes me out to chilis i might have to marry him? just idk that’s a big step."

As epic as Kelce throwing Swift a birthday party at Chili's would be, it seems the NFL player is planning something slightly different for Dec. 13. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end reportedly has "special" plans for Swift's big day.
“He’s arranged a very intimate, romantic dinner just for the two of them, and is also trying to pull off a semi-surprise party with the help of some of her closest friends,” an insider told Life & Style in an article published on Dec. 7.
Wherever Kelce, Swift, and her closest family and friends celebrate her birthday, they will likely have a memorable time together. (Honestly, though, Olive Garden, Chipotle, and Red Lobster dropped the ball, based on Kelce's resurfaced tweets.) Happy birthday, Taylor!
