Christie Brinkley, 65, looks better than ever — and these are her anti-aging secrets
Christie Brinkley is celebrating her 65th birthday by teaming up with the makers of Ultherapy to launch the “Milestones of Me” campaign, which aims to encourage women to revel in life’s small and big moments.
“The biggest milestones for me were my three kids. Those were the biggest moments of my life,” she tells Yahoo Lifestyle. At 65, the entrepreneur and supermodel looks better than ever, and she credits her “rainbow diet,” children and Ultherapy for helping her look and feel young.
“I was an older mom, but I wanted to be involved in their lives and do things like ski, paddleboard, kayak, play tennis with them,” says Brinkley of how her children influenced her to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. “I think their youthful energy inspires me to take care of myself to be there when they have their babies!”
A balanced diet is also a big part of Brinkley’s approach to wellness. “I am a huge believer in nutrition, and you are what you eat,” she says. “I am a lifelong vegetarian, I eat right, I exercise regularly and have my Total Gym, which I really use and love.”
And when it comes to her anti-aging beauty secret, the supermodel is a big fan of a noninvasive treatment available through dermatologists: Ultherapy.
