Connecticut Turns Out for Dennis Basso
Connecticut Turns Out for Dennis Basso
On June 6, Town and Country's editor in chief Stellene Volandes joined fashion designer Dennis Basso in conversation at the Sixth Annual Art of Design luncheon, hosted by the Bruce Museum. The annual event, which benefits the museum’s exhibitions and educational programming, was held at the Greenwich Country Club. Volandes and Basso took the audience on an tour of the fashion industry, including how Basso got his start in the fur business and became a designer in his own right. Above all, they agreed, believing in glamour is essential to what they do. Click through to see photos of the event and selections from the Dennis Basso fashion show that followed the discussion.
