Well before the Christmas holiday, the bulk grocer has continued to inundate us with plenty of goods that are expertly selected to deliver the jolliest of vibes. In keeping with the trend, the retailer launched the Create a Treat Pre-Built Gingerbread Chateau Cookie Kit, and fans are going wild.

For just $15.99, shoppers can purchase the move in-ready home and will only have to make a few cosmetic updates like attaching windows and trees. A video post by @costcobuys on Instagram gave users a peek at the sweet estate and people were quick to share their thoughts. “How fun!??” said one person while another agreed with a simple, “Omg.”

The usual trend with most products at Costco is an immediate sell-through, so if you’re interested in this exquisite home, you might want to submit your offer pretty quickly to avoid missing out.
