Drew Barrymore's New Home Line Is Here, and It's Actually Affordable

Drew Barrymore is no stranger to launching brands-her cosmetics brand, Flower Beauty, has been around for years now, as well as her line of wine. But now the iconic actress is making her first foray into the home space, with a new home collection at Walmart called Drew Barrymore Flower Home. And now that it's here in all its beauty-on-a-budget glory, I can't help but wish it had arrived sooner. (As someone who spends her entire day writing about home decor and rewatches Ever After no less than three times a year, maybe I'm a little biased.)
Basically, you're about to be obsessed. Consider yourself-and your wallet-warned!
The collection features more than 200 items ranging from small decor pieces (think vases, baskets, lighting, framed art prints, and a floral globe that you didn't know you needed but now absolutely must have) to furniture like beds, chairs, tables, and a blush velvet sofa. It's an eclectic mix of mid-century, boho, and glam pieces with a little bit of Palm Beach personality mixed in, and somehow, they all come together seamlessly. It's also packed with color, prints, and patterns sure to liven up any space.
And, of course, true to what you already know and love about Walmart, Drew Barrymore Flower Home is actually affordable. That to-die-for blush sofa? Only $899-yes, really. The floral globe will set you back $76, while the vases start at $18.
On her favorite piece, Drew tells House Beautiful that she can't pick just one. "I know it’s a cliché to say, but I really do love every piece and that we played with scale," she says. "Each style of each leg on each piece of furniture was handpicked so that it would be the right vibe, style, shape against scale. You have to think about every single little detail, and with all of the options…it’s limitless!"
And all those fun prints? Those were all developed specially for this line-and Drew says that was the hardest part of creating the collection, because they took the longest to perfect. "One of the things I’m most proud of is that every single one is completely our own and original-we created each print that we developed for the line," she says. "It was a challenge, but then you come across something in your travels or a person you met and say, 'I love this bold painting or vintage scarf, or this color,' and you just start from there."
The thing, Drew says, she had to keep in mind during the whole design process is scale. "I like some pieces to be delicate, some pieces to be very versatile…there’s a little something for everyone in this collection," she notes. And, as you can likely already tell, it definitely reflects her own style.
"My style is very poppy, and it’s colorful and fun," Drew says. "I think we’re in the joy business-make a home that you can have people in that you love and be in by yourself, and feel safe and inspired and calm and enveloped and happy."
That's a vibe everyone can get behind, no matter what your personal style is.
If you're sitting there thinking, "I need to deck out my entire apartment in this collection ASAP," just open up a new tab and start shopping. The line is available exclusively online at Walmart, Hayneedle, and Jet. Is a living room fully comprised of Flower Home furniture and decor the perfect place to cozy up and rewatch Never Been Kissed? Maybe. All I know is, the future looks bright, and my shopping cart is full.
