Walt Disney World reportedly banned an intoxicated woman for slapping a cab driver, who refused to give her a cigarette, and kicking a police officer.

An arrest report for Ellen Francis McMillion, 53, of Brandon, Fla., sent to Yahoo Lifestyle by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office reveals the Sept. 5 spectacle.

At a taxi stand outside Disney's Hollywood Studios, McMillion, who was “slurring her words and appeared unstable on her feet,” asked driver Adel Mahmoud for a cigarette. When he said he didn’t smoke, McMillion slapped him several times.

“A minute or two after I told her I don’t have a cigarette, she hit and slapped me,” Mahmoud tells Yahoo Lifestyle. “She didn’t have control, she was completely drunk, out of her mind.”

Disney security guard Barbara Somoano observed the assault and told police that McMillion caused a disturbance at the Hollywood Studios entrance and was a threat to guests.

An Orange County police officer stationed at Disney World told McMillion to sit down, but she became “verbally belligerent...She had bloodshot eyes, an unsteady gait, was slurring her words, and had a strong odor of alcohol emanating from her facial area. She also verbally stated she was drunk multiple times.”

The report says that McMillion demanded a cigarette from the officers and refused to speak until her nicotine craving was met. She also would not identify herself, and when her driver’s license was requested, McMillion threw her small black purse on the ground and barked, “Here.”

McMillion was yelling profanities as families passed by, and before entering the squad car in handcuffs, she tried pulling away from the officer. While pressed up against the squad car, McMillion kicked a female officer in the leg twice.

Yahoo Lifestyle could not reach McMillion for comment. She was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and disorderly intoxication. According to WESH 2, McMillion was released from the Orange County Jail after paying a $2,600 bond.

The report said that Disney Security asked that McMillion be trespassed for life from all Walt Disney World properties. A Disney spokesperson tells Yahoo Lifestyle, “We have no tolerance for violence.”
