Jay Cutler and Kristin Cavallari's divorce is inarguably messy, but yesterday you might have noticed that Jay hit Instagram with a sweet Mother's Day message for his ex, saying "Happy Mother's day to all the moms. These 3 little ones picked a good one."

Cute! But here's the thing: fans are convinced that Kristin's controlling Jay's Instagram account, and flooded the photo with comments like "Guys she runs his Instagram..." and "Congratulations on wishing yourself a Happy Mothers Day I guess 🤔🤦♀?"

At this point you might be looking for proof that Kristin runs Jay's account, but apparently she confirmed this fact herself back in 2018. According to USA Today, Kristin hit Instagram Stories in 2018 to tell fans Jay does not run his account, saying she is, in fact, the person behind @ifjayhadinstagram.

"I think there needs to be a little clarification on Jay’s Instagram," she reportedly said at the time. "It’s not him running it. It’s me. It’s what Jay would have if he had Instagram."
