Who Was Eliminated in 'RuPaul's Drag Race' Season 16 Episode 7?
It's that time of year again! Time for a Rusical. With Geneva Karr having exited the competition last week with a flat tire, the remaining 10 queens went full Edelweiss this week in RuPaul's Drag Race Season 16's rusical. After fighting over parts (now a Drag Race staple), the queens performed The Sound of Rusic, which was somehow a mashup of The Sound of Music (obviously) and Pitch Perfect (weirdly) directed by Adam Shankman. Also, Melissa McCarthy popped in for all of 10 seconds, which I can only speculate had to do with her not having enough time to be an actual judge? Bizarre.
Post-Ariana Grande-inspired Sound of Music spinoff (really I cannot overstate how bizarre this Rusical was), the queens hit the runway in flower-themed garments before another queen was sent packing.

Here's everything that wend down on Season 16 Episode 6:
Who was eliminated in the RuPaul's Drag Race Season 16 Episode 7?
Megami
As with the RDR Live episode earlier this year (still hate that name and that episode), the Rusical saw the queens performing live on the main stage with nebulous judging criteria. Aside from Mhi'ya Iman LePaige, whose habit covered her face for half of the performance, and Sapphira Cristal, who stole the show as Mother Superior, the other queens all seemed perfectly fine. However, in what's now become standard judging chicanery, Ru and the panel managed to find reasons to put who they wanted in the top and bottom. Mhi'ya ended up in the bottom with Megami, who has been mid for most of the season, but I thought was legitimately funny this week, and Megami became the season's second victim of the Queen of Flips. While I'd argue the judging was wonky, Megami's time was running low, so her exit wasn't shocking.
Who won Episode 7 of RuPaul's Drag Race Season 16?
Plasma
After nabbing the lead role, the musical theater queen also managed to nab this week's win straight out from under Sapphira Cristal. This makes Plasma the first queen to earn two wins individually (Nymphia Wind's second win came as a part of the girl group). Plasma doing well at this challenge wasn't shocking, but earning a second win over Sapphira cements her as a frontrunner in a way I didn't quite expect.
Which queens have immunity?
Sapphira Cristal and Plane Jane secured immunity during the season's premiere, and Sapphira used her potion during Episode 6. Plane Jane, who was safe this week, elected not to use her immunity, meaning she's safe to use it again in the future.
Which queens are left on RuPaul's Drag Race Season 16?
We're seven episodes in, and we're down five queens. Nine, however, remain in the hunt for the win. They are:
Dawn
Mhi'ya Iman Le'Paige
Morphine Love Dion
Nymphia Wind
Plane Jane
Plasma
Q
Sapphira Cristal
Xunami Muse
