New England Lobster Salad Burger

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 Vermont Cheddar cheese slices
