The 49-year-old actress, mother of three, and Live with Kelly and Ryan host is major goals when it comes to exercising (I mean, have you seen those poppin' abs on her Instagram photos?), and she seems to have endless amounts of energy. Ahead of the 2020 Super Bowl, Kelly even posted an Instagram video of her dance "audition" to join Shakira and J.Lo's Halftime Show, alongside celebrity fitness trainer Anna Kaiser (who is also Shakira's trainer, FYI).
For years, Kelly has worked out with Kaiser, a former dancer and the founder of AKT fitness studio in New York City. Kaiser is known for her dance-infused, high-intensity interval training classes, and she recently spoke to Women's Health about her 360-degree approach to sculpting, saying: “The best thing about the marriage of dance and HIIT is that you’re moving on multiple planes of motion and you’re having fun. You really need to focus on different types of muscular contractions and angles, not just on getting through exercises for the sake of feeling a burn. If you do the same motions over and over, you’re not going to get the full benefit.”
