Fairhope fourth-graders sell lemonade for charity
FAIRHOPE, Ala. (WKRG) — 9-year-olds Adelynn Miller and Isla Bailey are all smiles while waiting for customers in a Fairhope neighborhood.
They decided to sell cold lemonade and cookies on a hot Friday afternoon while giving back to their community.

“They both love Fairhope and chose to decorate their lemonade stand with traditional yellow and blue Fairhope colors,” Isla’s mother, Heather Bailey, said.
Bailey said they raised $66 within an hour and a half.
“All proceeds will benefit The Haven,” Bailey said. “This is their first lemonade stand but they plan to have many more this summer and will choose a different charity each time.”
