Fans Think Mac Miller Was Snubbed at the Emmys and They're Absolutely Outraged

The Emmys included an "in memoriam" segment during Monday night's broadcast, and fans are absolutely outraged that rapper Mac Miller-who recently passed away at the age of 26- wasn't included.

While The Emmy Awards honor television actors, it should be pointed out that the show paid tribute to celebrities that aren't necessarily most well-known for their work on TV- like Aretha Franklin, John McCain, and Hugh Hefner. Meanwhile, Mac's name didn't appear on the list-which some think is a huge snub to his legacy.

In related news, Mac's ex-girlfriend Ariana Grande opted not to attend the Emmys, with her rep telling People, "Given the events of the past couple of years, Ariana is going to take some much needed time to heal and mend. She will be staying close to home and using this period to spend time with her loved ones and work on new music without deadline. She thanks her fans for their understanding."
