Looking to put the “fun” back into your holiday shopping? The vinyl masters at Funko have all of your gift needs covered. That’s because the Washington-based collectible company makes a point of manufacturing a wide range of figures, playlets and even Pez dispensers to fit every pop-culture fandom.
No movie, TV series, video game, author, director or commercial pitchperson is too obscure for Funko to immortalize in vinyl form. So whether you’re looking to impress a Game of Thrones or Simpsons fan, a Ghostbusters or Batman fan or a Fortnite or Cheetos fan, Funko has you covered.
Here’s our curated list of some of the coolest Funko offerings for the 2019 holiday season.
Funko Pop! Rides: Game of Thrones — Daenerys on Fiery Drogon
Our Game of Thrones watch may have ended, but the merchandise machine for HBO’s blockbuster series will continue to be strong for many winters to come. Case in point: This fiery statue featuring the two characters we wish had won the Iron Throne, Queen Daenerys and her last surviving dragon child, Drogon. The winged creature is so miffed with how the show ended his mom’s story, he’s channeling that fury into flames.
It’s OK, Drogon: when George R.R. Martin gets around to finishing his last two books, we’re sure he’ll find a way to make it up to both of you.

Funko Pop! Movies: Big — Zoltar 6-inch
It’s only appropriate that Big’s mechanical genie gets a super-sized Funko figure. This Zoltar Pop! measures in at 6 inches tall — which, coincidentally enough, happens to be the same height as Tom Hanks, a.k.a. the real-life Josh Baskin. The detail on the figure is better than we could have wished for, right down to the 25 cents coin slot and the red button that you push before making your wish.

Funko Pop! Games: Fortnite — Loot Llama 10-inch and Funko Pop! Disney: The Little Mermaid — Ursula 10-inch
If a 6-inch Pop! isn’t super-sized enough, Funko has two 10-inch collectibles just waiting to be proudly displayed in your home. Serious gamers will appreciate Fortnite’s trademark Loot Llama, while Disney fans won’t feel so poor and unfortunate when they can show off Ursula the Sea Witch in her (brief) moment of triumph, holding King Triton’s trident.
Shop it: Funko Pop! Games: Fortnite — Loot Llama 10-inch, $30 (was $39), amazon.com
Shop it: Funko Pop! Disney: The Little Mermaid — Ursula 10-inch, $30 (was $40), amazon.com
Funko Pop! Animation: The Simpsons — King Homer
Who says you can’t celebrate Halloween after Oct. 31? The latest addition to Funko’s extensive Simpsons Pop! collection hails from the long-running show’s beloved Treehouse of Horror franchise: specifically Treehouse of Horror III, which aired in the long-lost year of 1992. The middle chapter of that Treehouse episode found Marge journeying to “Ape Island,” where she won the heart of the oversized Homer-shaped monkey. Unlike King Kong, King Homer had a happier ending: instead of beauty killing the beast, she married him.

Funko Pop! Movie Moment: Ghostbusters — Banquet Room
Conquer your fear of ghosts with this vinyl replica of a vintage bit of ghostbusting. While trying to lock their laser streams on the slippery Slimer, Peter Venkman and Egon Spengler track the green hot dog-chomping poltergeist to the Sedgewick Hotel’s ritzy ballroom. That’s where they trap their first ghost and New York’s premiere phantom hunting company is born. Like the song goes, bustin’ makes us feel good.

Funko Pop! Heroes: Batman 80th — Batman 1989
Did you know 2019 was a big year for Gotham City’s resident Dark Knight: 80 years ago, Batman made his first-ever appearance in the pages of Detective Comics No. 27, and 30 years ago, he graced the silver screen in Tim Burton’s summer blockbuster. Funko commemorates both anniversaries in one handy box with this vinyl replica of Michael Keaton’s Caped Crusader, which is arguably the crown jewel in the company’s line of 80th anniversary Bat-Pops.

Funko Pop! The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance — Deet and Glowing Buddy
Bring a little piece of Thra home with you…two little pieces, to be exact. Funko’s vinyl replica of Age of Resistance heroine Deet is packaged with her Baby Nurlock buddy from Netflix’s hit Dark Crystal prequel series.

Funko Pop! Ad Icons: Chester Cheetah and Funko Pop! AD Icons: Kool-Aid Man
Allows us to be the first to say… oh yeah! Two advertising icons from yesteryear are looking better than ever in Funko form. Cheetos fan, Chester Cheetah, comes equipped with his signature shades, significantly upping his cool factor. And speaking of cool, Kool-Aid Man is flashing his huge grin even though there are no walls for him to bust through.
Shop it: Funko Pop! Ad Icons: Chester Cheetah, $13 (was $15), amazon.com
