George Clooney Introduced Himself as "Amal Clooney's Husband" at an Event Yesterday

When George and Amal Clooney aren't vacationing in Lake Como or attending royal weddings, they're busy making everyone jealous of their relationship. Case in point: At an event in Los Angeles yesterday, George gave a sweet shoutout to his wife and got hella applause.

George was tapped to introduce activist Emma González at Variety’s Power of Women: Los Angeles event, and when he got onstage he introduced himself by saying, "Hi, I’m George. I’m Amal Clooney’s husband." After tons of clapping and laughter, he continued with, "Oh I know, I know. I can read this room." And he's not wrong! 😂

Amal wasn't at the event (according to Entertainment Tonight she was busy giving a keynote speech in Philadelphia, obvs), so it's particularly cute that George was clearly thinking about his wife and wanted to give a nod to the amazing humans rights work that she does.

So yeah...def jealous of these two!
