Going Bold With A Master Bedroom Makeover

Upping your interior decor game doesn't mean you need to do a total home overhaul. Case in point - the master bedroom makeover from interior blogger Alisa Bovino. Stepping way outside of her comfort zone, Alisa decided to go bold and work with feminine and masculine tones to create the dream room she never knew she wanted! The end result delivers a seriously moody and romantic vibe, while still allowing the room to feel bright and warm. Now who's ready to take on a one room makeover?

From Alisa...This spring, I decided to take on the One Room Challenge and transformed my master bedroom and part of my master bathroom. I really focused on stepping outside of my design comfort zone and opting for details, colors and patterns I normally wouldn't use. In stepping outside of my comfort zone, I ended up creating a room that I never knew I wanted but absolutely love. The bedroom contains predominantly masculine features while the bathroom contains more feminine details, and the two together are the create the perfect juxtaposition of both masculine and feminine.
