Beer-infused mustards
PS Seasoning of Iron Ridge has introduced a new line of beer-infused gourmet mustards: Big Dill Pale Ale, Brew City Jalapeno, Hot Honey Ale, and Bavarian Ale.
The mustards retail at $7.99 and can be incorporated into cooking sauces, dips and dressings. The Buzzed Hot Honey Mustard can be added to Thanksgiving stuffing, and the hint of lavender in the Big Dill Pale Ale will add a sweet earthy accent to turkey. The Brew City Jalapeno Ale Mustard is a brown mustard with golden German ale and jalapenos, and the Bier Hall Bavarian Ale Mustard is a classic stone-ground mustard ready to drizzle on meats and appetizers.
The mustards are sold at Ray’s Butcher Shoppe and Bunzel's Meat Market. Sendik's and Festival Foods will carry the mustards in the coming weeks. For more product information visit: psseasoning.com

Silver Spring Cranberry Horseradish retails for $2.69 and can be found in the refrigerated section along with the prepared and hot horseradish products at local Pick N Save, Metro Market, Woodman’s and Sendik’s locations. For recipes and additional product information, visit silverspringfoods.com
