1 asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
1 frozen peas, thawed
3 sliced almonds
6 chopped upland cress, watercress or baby arugula
1 extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 coarse salt
1/2 freshly ground black pepper
1/4 Parmesan cheese shavings
