Hari Nef Channels Gothic Inspiration in Alexandre Vauthier Dress at Golden Globes 2024
Hari Nef arrived at the 2024 Golden Globe Awards in Los Angeles on Saturday wearing a black tiered ruffle high-low dress with a waist-tie ribbon and sweeping train from Alexandre Vauthier. She coordinated the dress with black pointy-toe pumps from Gianvito Rossi.
Nef’s look was an archival ensemble from Alexandre Vauthier’s fall 2018 couture collection, which WWD characterized as a celebration of the savoir-faire of France’s métiers d’art.

The acttess worked with stylist Chris Horan, who also works with Christina Aguilera, Troye Sivan and Barbie Ferreira.
Nef was part of the cast of 2023 film “Barbie,” which was nominated in nine categories. The movie ultimately took him two awards, including Best Song for Billie Eilish and Finneas O’Connell for “What Was I Made For?” and the award Cinematic and Box Office Achievement, a new accolade honoring films that have grossed more than $100 million domestically and $150 million worldwide.
Nef has made a name for herself in the fashion industry over the past several years. In 2021, the actress and model was tapped by Adeam as the face of its fall campaign. She also walked nine runways at New York Fashion Week in September, including Collina Strada, Dion Lee and Staud. In October, she joined Kim Cattrall, Coco Jones and Nelly Furtado for Skims’ “Best of Skims” campaign.
