HGTV's Ben Napier Provides Health Update With Surgery Recovery Photo

Luckily, he has the 'best nurse in the biz.'

Ben Napier, who stars in HGTV's hit series Home Town alongside his wife, Erin Napier, is currently in recovery from surgery, but luckily, it looks like everything is going well.

The Napiers shared an update on Ben's health on Instagram, along with a photo of what recovery at the Napier house looks like.

The caption reads, "rotator cuff repaired ?bone spur shaved off ?cartilage trimmed ?best nurse in the biz ?."

In the photo, which Erin posted to her Instagram account, Ben reclines on their couch propped up by pillows with his shoulder and arm in a sling, smiling at the camera. On top of him is a pile of stuffed animals.

A hand, likely Erin's, is also in the photo holding some dandelions along with a note that features pink hearts colored all over it and the name Helen, who is one of the couple's two daughters.

It looks like Helen, who recently turned 5 years old, is helping her dad feel better after the surgery. The two share another daughter, Mae, who is 19 months old.

Amy Roloff of TLC's Little People, Big World commented on the photo, saying, "Oh dear. I hope he gets better soon and back to doing all that he loves to do."

"I bet all those stuffed animals will help with the healing process because they're stuffed with love," a follower also chimed in.

Many fans shared their own experiences going through shoulder surgery, hoping Ben has a speedy recovery. One also gave him some advice: "Mine is repaired… better than ever! Do EVERYTHING you doctor says to do. Do your PT??????."

The newest season of the couple's hit TV show Home Town is currently airing on HGTV, and it's also available to stream on discovery+.

They also had a spinoff series, Home Town Takeover, which aired in 2021, during which they teamed up with another renovation duo and remade the entire town of Wetumpka, Alabama.
