Hostess Now Has S'mores CupCakes That Are Made With Graham Cracker Cake And Marshmallow Filling
I, personally, am a HUGE fan of s'mores. Ask my friends, on every trip, no matter how tired everyone is, there I am sitting by the fire and begging everyone to please make s'mores with me. And although I love tradition, something tells me I wouldn't have to do too much pleading to get my friends to sit around and polish off a box of these new Hostess S'mores CupCakes.
Hostess has been cranking out the delicious flavors lately, and this limited-edition summer treat is no exception, my friends. The brand has taken everything we love about s'mores and made it into one their classic CupCakes. We're not talking about some simple s'mores-flavored creme. NO, SIR. These are made with a moist (their words, not mine!) graham cracker-flavored yellow cake, toasted marshmallow flavored filling, and topped with chocolate icing. Oh, and of course you the iconic white icing squiggle on top too.
If you really wanted to get crazy, well, I could definitely see you using two of these CupCakes to sandwich a freshly toasted marshmallow and some melty chocolate pieces, with maybe some graham cracker crumbles on top? It just could work! S'more-ception, I am trademarking it now.
Summer is just beginning, but also, because July 4 is just around the corner, it is somehow almost ending? That's just how summer works, and you know it, don't even try to argue with me. Luckily, you can start finding these in stores soon, like very soon. They'll be available exclusively at Walmart starting on July 9 for just $2.68 a box. So if you wanted to get two, I would not blame you! After all, they're only sticking around for a limited time.
