Inside the American Ballet Theatre 2019 Spring Gala

On Monday, May 20, the American Ballet Theatre celebrated its annual Spring Gala, held at the Metropolitan Opera House, to pay tribute to the 10th anniversary of the ABT's Artist in Residence, Alexei Ratmansky, and honoring Andrew F. Barth, the chair of the board of trustees.

Notable attendees such as Lauren Santo Domingo, Misty Copeland, Olivia Palermo and Katie Holmes were amongst the patrons for the evening, which started with a world premiere performance of The Seasons by Ratmansky and performance of Ratmansky's Serenade after Plato's Symposium, and was followed by a multi-course dinner and dancing at the David H.
