Inside Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas’s Romantic Vacation in the Maldives
Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas are having a not-too-shabby honeymoon. The couple shared photos from their trip to the Maldives on Instagram and it’s looking pretty luxe. Turner shared a series of photos to Instagram writing, “Paradise. Such a magical place,” while Jonas posted a video of him going down a slide into the picture-perfect ocean.
“I found happiness,” he wrote.
The couple have been trying to take a break from social media while they enjoy their honeymoon, but that hasn’t stopped Turner from occasionally chiming in on current events. After the U.S. women’s soccer team beat the U.K. in the World Cup, Turner offered her support for both teams while also giving the world a peek at her new wedding ring.
“Okay, I'm on my honeymoon. I'm not really looking at my phone much,” she said. “But I feel like this deserves a mention. Unfortunately, the U.K. women’s football team lost at the World Cup. And of course I’m incredibly sad and incredibly proud of that team, but I am so honored that we lost to such an incredible team, the U.S. women’s football team.”
This weekend she interrupted her trip to call for an end to the bottle cap challenge.
“Stop this. Now,” she said in a video before grabbing a bottle of wine and unscrewing the cap.
While no winner has been declared for the bottle cap challenge, it might be a safe to put your money on Sophie Turner.
