Was HGTV's 'Hidden Potential' Cancelled?
Jasmine Roth has had an eventful year, and HGTV fans have been loving every project she's taken on. From Extreme Makeover: Home Edition to A Very Brady Renovation to Rock the Block, the self-taught renovator continues to inspire others with her California casual designs.
Of course, the 35-year-old is best recognized for her successful show, Hidden Potential, but there's been some speculation on whether or not the show has been renewed for another season.
Has HGTV’s Hidden Potential been canceled?
A source tells House Beautiful that Hidden Potential has been cancelled. HGTV has yet to confirm or deny this claim when reached out for comment. However, in a press release issued on January 16, 2020, the network listed its new and returning shows for the year. Hidden Potential was not listed as a returning show.
Since Hidden Potential aired its last two episodes of Season 2 in August 2019, Roth hasn’t spoken about working on Season 3. Instead, the California renovator and designer has dedicated herself to other HGTV projects, like A Very Brady Renovation and Rock the Block. Roth has not posted any photos to Instagram mentioning Season 3 of Hidden Potential. She has continued to post photos of herself working on projects, but has tagged her business, Built Custom Homes, in these posts. Not to mention, the 35-year-old is prepping for her first child with husband, Brett Roth. She is currently in her third trimester.
