Most people know Garth for her role as Kelly Taylor on the hit 90s TV show Beverly Hills, 90210. And it's that series that led Garth to undertake a fashion collection. "The inspiration came from Kelly’s ‘I choose me’ statement," Garth, now 52, told Yahoo. "It has stayed with me in my heart for all these years. [This collection is about] giving yourself that freedom and self-love to listen to your instincts and to honor them and choose yourself."

When creating the Me by Jennie Garth line, the newly-minted designer had a few non-negotiables. She prioritized comfort, noting that all the fabrics were personally selected by her and her daughters. Garth also said it was important for the clothes to make women feel "empowered and stylish, to feel sexy and good." Lastly, size inclusivity was a must, which is why all styles are available in XXS-3X. "When I tell you the collection looks good on every size, I’m not lying," Garth said.

Inspired by her travels to Big Sur California, the first installment of Garth's clothing line is available now at QVC. (There will be new additions in the coming months.) It includes a chic denim jumpsuit which Garth said she wears "all the time" and an elegant satin slip dress that is another designer favorite. "This dress is magic when you put it on," she raved. Check out those standout pieces, plus more from Garth's QVC fashion foray below.

"Going out tops" are making a comeback, so don't think twice about adding this satin tank to your closet. It looks great on its own, but if you're worried about showing too much skin, you can easily layer a sweater or blazer on top. Grab the cami in white, black or green.

How fab is this updated take on the classic jean jacket? The slightly longer length is a great alternative to all the cropped styles available these days and the sizable front patch pockets are big enough for keys, your phone and more. If you already have a blue denim jacket you love, consider grabbing this style in black, pink, green, white or gray. (And, yes, it's named after that Dylan.)

Easily dress up a pair of jeans with this lovely pleated blouse. It also works well with trousers and a blazer if you're headed to the office. The woven cotton material is lightweight and breathable, plus it drapes nicely over the midsection to create a tummy-disguising look.

Counting down the day until sweater weather? I'm right there with you, which is why I'm eyeing this fuzzy cardigan. It looks great with jeans and a simple tee as shown in the picture here, but I'd also wear it over a dress or with leggings to lounge around the house. It comes in multiple colors — green, beige and blue. I may just buy more than one!

If you're one of those people who always carries a light sweater, even during the summer months, add this cozy style to your collection. The loose open weave provides nice coverage, but also allows air to pass through so you won't get too hot or sweaty.

Yes, long denim skirts are back in a big way. If you didn't keep yours from way back when, you'll want to grab this flattering design from Garth's QVC collection. Available in blue, white and green denim, this midi skirt pairs well with white sneakers, sandals, heels and more.

While slip dresses have been trendy for the past few years, many women are wary of wearing one because the slinky fabric can leave little to the imagination. "People are often afraid of slip dresses because they’re too thin or exposing, but this dress is very wearable," Garth said. In addition to blue, this lively floor-length frock with elegant lace trim also comes in black, green and white.

You'll be the center of attention at any special occasion when you walk in wearing this stunning maxi dress. The sheer sleeves are a little bit sexy without being too revealing as is the not-too-low V-neckline. Another reason to add this dress to your cart ASAP? It will look just as good now with your favorite sandals as it does this fall with ankle boots.

Don't think you're a jumpsuit person? Think again. This one-and-done piece is easy to wear thanks to the waist-cinching belt and medium blue wash that works no matter the season. It works for business meetings, dinner dates and everything in between. And how cool is this: It's made from an eco-friendly polyester blend fabric that's created using plastic bottles at high risk of ending up in the ocean.
