He’s feeling good, man.

John Goodman was photographed signing autographs for fans in New York City on Wednesday, wearing a green hoodie, a blue sweater, blue jeans and white slip-on shoes.

One day earlier, the “Conners” star, 71, was spotted touching down at JFK Airport with his wife, Anna Beth, on Tuesday.

“The Blues Brothers” star initially debuted a much smaller frame during his birthday at the 62nd Monte-Carlo Television Festival in June 2023.

Goodman, who served as the president of the fiction jury at the festival, wore an elegant black tuxedo with a textured, white button-up shirt at the time.

Posing with several members of the jury, Goodman was spotted laughing and making comedic gestures.

At his heaviest, Goodman weighed about 392 pounds, but has shed nearly half that weight since his fitness journey kicked off in 2007.

Enlisting the help of personal trainer Mackie Shilstone, Goodman managed to quit drinking and adopt a Mediterranean diet.

In June 2023, the “Argo” actor told Rolling Stone that daily dog walks and boxing were part of his fitness routine.

“That was just getting out and walking the dogs,” he told the outlet. “I was boxing up until then and I haven’t been able to do that since Covid because I’m lazy.”

“I’ve  just let everything go just because I haven’t had the energy because of the jobs,” he added, referring to his roles on “The Conners” and “Righteous Gemstones.”

When asked if he’s ever sparred with anyone, Goodman says that he mainly trains by hitting the bag and learning the basics.

“It’s usually just an hour, hour and a half of hitting the mitts, hitting the bags, learning footwork,” the “Big Lebowski” alum said. “Never got good enough where I would trust myself to spar. Because once I get whacked in the face I don’t know if I wouldn’t lose it.”

In 2018, Goodman told AARP that he also made several dietary changes.

“It was basically just portion control, and ‘I don’t need it,’” he said. “I was just shoving everything into my mouth.”

Goodman previously described his eating habits to ABC News as “eating alcoholically” by rewarding his hard work at the gym with a beer or snack.

“I just got tired, sick and tired, of looking at myself,” he told the outlet in 2016. “You’re shaving in the mirror and you don’t want to look at yourself. It gets dangerous.”
