John Krasinski Flew 6,400+ Miles Every Weekend to See Emily Blunt and His Daughters

Please take a moment to appreciate John Krasinski, a man who goes the 6,400+ extra miles for his relationship with Emily Blunt. The actor revealed in an interview with People that he flew a staggering 6,496 miles roundtrip every weekend from Montreal to London to see his wife Emily Blunt and their two daughters Hazel and Violet while shooting Jake Ryan. Blunt was working on Mary Poppins in London at the same time.

“Family for me, it’s a non-negotiable thing,” Krasinski told the outlet. “So if I’m honest, I was shooting 6,000 miles away from them, and I flew back every single weekend. They were with her, and we always set up a base, and I always want the base to be with their mom, and I’ll do the flight time.”

Krasinski did concede the whole flying that much thing was "brutal," but he's not complaining. “I think that there’s nothing you can complain about in this business, you know what I mean? We are all so lucky to be doing what we’re doing."
