Jude Law’s Model Daughter, Iris: ‘I Used to Think That My Lips Looked Too Big With Lipstick’
Model good looks are in Iris Law’s DNA.
The 16-year-old daughter of Jude Law and Sadie Frost has inherited her father’s piercing blue-green eyes and her mother’s pillowy lips and prominent cheekbones. So we weren’t surprised when Burberry Beauty tapped the teen to become the new face of their brand and star in the Liquid Lip Velvet campaign they released in January.
Iris certainly has the perfect pout to pull off Burberry’s matte cream lip colors, but she tells Yahoo Beauty that she wasn’t always as confident playing up this feature. “I used to think that my lips looked too big with lipstick on, but now I like it,” she says.
Thanks to her mom’s encouraging words to “be creative and not shy away from bold lipstick, eyeshadows, or interesting clothes” and learning how to apply lipstick “properly” with her fingers and a little liner around her Cupid’s bow, Iris is blossoming into quite the beauty muse.
For the newly unveiled Burberry Beauty Cat Eye Liner and Full Brows campaign, Iris steps out of her comfort zone yet again. Having “never really done anything” with her brows before, she picked up a few good makeup tips and tricks to make her very natural look stand out even more.
In the ad, Iris sports her signature glossy brown bob, a dewy complexion (she credits rosehip oil for giving her that enviable glow), filled-in brows, and a thick flick of black eyeliner on her top lids. A combo of Lip Colour Contour in Light No.02 and Burberry Kisses Glow in Nude Beige No.17 on her lips completes this classic yet fresh and totally age-appropriate look.
