Justin Timberlake Shares Video of NSYNC Reuniting in the Studio
Justin Timberlake is overflowing with joy after returning to the studio with the rest of NYSYNC.
The iconic boy band recently announced their upcoming new song, "Better Place," as part of the new Trolls Band Together movie soundtrack, marking the group's first new song in over 20 years.
And according to Timberlake, the process of getting members JC Chasez, Lance Bass, Joey Fatone, and Chris Kirkpatrick back together has been something very "special," and the behind-the-scenes footage from their studio session is video proof.
As seen in the clips shared on Timberlake's Instagram page, the singers meshed perfectly back together—just like they used to.
"If we do this song, it's a love letter to our fans," Timberlake could be heard telling the group in the newly released footage, "I would be honored to have the group on this song."
That's when the band got back to business, recording each of their parts to make one magical song together like the old days.
"I love you guys," Timberlake can be heard telling the other guys at the end of the video, adding, "That sh-t is epic."
"When the stars align…" the "Mirrors" crooner captioned his post on Thursday, Sept. 14. "got my brothers back together in the studio to work on something fun and the energy was special."
"Better Place is coming 9/29 ????," he further teased, adding, "LOVE Y’ALL."
The exciting news comes just days after NSYNC reunited live on stage at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards, shocking and delighting the audience.
Among those who couldn't contain their excitement over NSYNC's reunion was Taylor Swift, who was presented the VMA for Best Pop video by the boy band.
Calling the group "pop personified," Swift further gushed, "To receive this from your golden pop hands is really—it's too much."
She was also very curious about the reason behind the reunion, asking the group, "Like, are you doing something? What's going to happen now?"
She then turned to the crowd, saying, "They're gonna do something and I need to know what it is!"
Well, Taylor, now you know! "Better Place" drops on Friday, Sept. 29.
