Kate Hudson's Post-Baby Plan Is Instagram-Official

Kate Hudson is making a commitment — and counting on her Instagram followers to keep her going. People reports that eight weeks after giving birth to her daughter, Rani Rose, Hudson is getting back into her fitness routine and hopes to lose 25 pounds. With a new movie coming up in her schedule and her work as the face of Fabletics, that's a lot of motivation.
"I’ve been doing a lot of research and I’ve spent my life time [sic] trying all kinds of new things that are focused on health and wellness," she wrote under a photo of her in full-on workout gear. "Because I am on a mission right now to get back to my fighting weight and my strong body/mind back I want to bring you in on some of this journey."

She knows that the road ahead won't be easy, however. Her caption went on to explain that she realizes that balancing every part of her life is a juggling act. Kids, work, and self-care are tough, but she's willing to do it all — with help, of course. She assured her followers that she's losing weight the right way. In addition to eating right, she's taking this as an opportunity to try out new workouts.
"I wanna do all this and keep up milk production, raise my kids, work every day, make time for my man, have girlfriend time and stay sane!" she added. Fans looking to follow along and get some inspiration can follow her second Instagram account, Pretty Happy.
