It's not really magical — the ingredients sounds like a beehive in a tub: bees wax, honey, bee pollen, royal jelly, bee propolis and olive oil. We get loads of good things from bees — honey is known to have antimicrobial properties and royal jelly from queen bees is packed with nourishing nutrients.
