Just yesterday, the singer and talk show host announced her next album in an exciting Instagram video.
"It is finally time to tell you I've been working on this project for…well, close to 3 years now and I wasn't sure I was going to release it but I am," she told fans.
The LP is named Chemistry—just like the residency—with the 40-year-old explaining that she wanted a word that encompassed all of the complexity of the emotions surrounding her divorce from Brandon Blackstock.
"Chemistry can be a really amazing sexy, cool, fun thing, but it can also be very bad for you. That's why I named it Chemistry. I thought it was the perfect title to describe the entire album,” she revealed.
