Last night in our on-going series of black mini dresses you can't look away from, Bella Hadid wore a sheer black bustier number literally designed to get your attention. But she wasn't the only one going for a statement LBD in Paris. Kendall Jenner also wore an insane black leather mini dress to the very same Chrome Hearts party.
