Kevin Bacon Honors 'One and Only' Kyra Sedgwick on Her Birthday
Kevin Bacon is making a simple yet heartfelt tribute—as he is wont to do—to his wife, Kyra Sedgwick, on her 58th birthday.
The Footloose star shared a gorgeous snap on Instagram earlier today, Aug. 19, of his spouse of 35 years, featuring her in a navy-colored outfit paired with a black mesh sweater, posing with her hands on her hips in front of a picturesque backdrop that showcased the sun setting behind a mountainous terrain, casting an orange glow over the calm lake in between.
Bacon captioned the sweet photo, "Happy birthday to my beautiful wife. My one and only."
Some of the couple's celebrity friends shared their birthday wishes with The Closer alum.
"??????????????HB," wrote Amy Sedaris, who shared screentime with Sedgwick in the aforementioned hit TNT police drama. "Happy birthday @kyrasedgwickofficial ??????," commented Debi Mazar.
Fans also made sure to celebrate Sedgwick's birthday in the comments.

Bacon and Sedgwick's birthdays are a month apart, so the couple has plenty to celebrate each summer. When Bacon turned 65 in July, he gushed over how special his wife made his big day.
"Anyone who knows me, knows I’m not a fan of my birthday. My wife has made this a beautiful day. She has said recently our marriage is like roast chicken, so she made a perfect chicken for dinner followed by my favorite— buckwheat banana bread with chocolate icing. Perfect day," he wrote, accompanying photos of his meal.
