Kim Kardashian Just Shut Down Rumors That She Hooked Up with Drake

Kim Kardashian has swiftly responded to rumors that she slept with Drake, after one Twitter user theorized that the alleged hookup was the cause for the rapper's feud with her husband Kanye West.

The theory pointed out possible shoutouts to Kardashian in the lyrics of Drake's new album Scorpion, especially his latest hit, "In My Feelings." The chorus' famous first lines call out, "Kiki, do you love me?" and Kiki happens to be one of Kim's nicknames.

Another "clue" was found in "Sicko Mode," Drake's collab with Travis Scott (Kylie Jenner's boyfriend), where the Toronto rapper says: "I crept down the block / Made a right / Cut the lights / Paid the price." According to the theory, those are the directions from Drake's house to Kim and Kanye's.

As the theory gained traction, Nick Cannon, who dated Kim Kardashian in late 2006, discussed its possible validity on Complex's morning show "Everyday Struggle" with DJ Akademiks on Friday. "I think Drake smashed Kim K," Akademiks said. Cannon replied that it's not "that far off of a concept."

But Kim put out the flames before the rumors could take off any further. When The Shade Room posted about Cannon's input, Kardashian commented: "Never happened. End of story." Sources close to Kim also told TMZ that the reality TV star never hooked up with Drake.

Kim and Kanye aren't the only couple in the Kardashian-Jenner family experiencing tensions with another rapper. Kylie and Travis Scott are also have an apparent feud with Nicki Minaj, who claimed Scott unfairly topped the Billboard charts with his album Astroworld, bumping out her new record, Queen.
