If you love the taste of beer, but have officially nixed booze—there are still plenty of options out there for you to BYOB.
Non-alcoholic beers offer great flavor—whether you're a wheat beer, pilsner, or IPA lover—but zero booze. To keep things on the healthier side, go for ones you enjoy drinking and that clock in at 100 or fewer calories per serving, recommends Suzanne Dixon, RD. And take note—even "low-alcohol" beers can contain 0.5% alcohol by volume, so if you’re truly trying to go cold-turkey on the booze, find a beer that is totally non-alcoholic.
