Korean Indie-Pop Singer Nahee Is Dead at 24

Korean indie-pop singer Nahee, 24, has died, her record label Mun Hwa revealed on social media.
On Friday, Nov. 10, the statement from the label's official Instagram account read, per The Sun: "Singer-songwriter Nahee has left our earth and become a star in the sky. I am sorry to bring sudden news to all of you fans who have supported and loved Nahee."
The message concluded: "We send our deepest condolences."
Reportedly, Nahee died on Wednesday, Nov. 8, although her cause of death has not been announced.
Fans of the K-pop community posted touching tributes to the singer in response to her untimely death.
One Instagram user wrote, as translated by The Sun: "We lost a young sweet person but the sky has gained a star that shines without limits."
Another person commented, "We promise to listen to your songs Nahee, rest in peace."
Meanwhile another Instagram user wrote, "This is crazy. Rest in peace beautiful."

In 2019, Nahee released her debut single "Blue City"; she went on to release "Gloomy Day" and "Blue Night" in 2020 before signing on with Mun Hwa.
Some of Nahee's other songs include "I'm So Confused," "Love Note," "I'm Not Fine," "I Can't Sleep," "Treasure" and "Rose."
Her only Instagram post features a photo of herself wearing a winter coat, photos and a video of her dog and a clip of a city skyline as she's traveling in a vehicle.
