Lele Pons is feeling grateful for her loyal supporters.
After being eliminated during Week 7 of Dancing with the Stars earlier this month, the singer and social media star is receiving an outpouring of support from fans who believe she didn't deserve to go home so early.
Pons, who was partnered with pro Brandon Armstrong during her run on the show, took to X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday, Nov. 14, to share photos of protestors who are literally taking to the streets to rally against her elimination.
In the photos, people could be seen holding up signs that read "Bring Lele Back," "Lele Got Robbed" and "#Justice4Lele." There were even a few messages for Armstrong, including one fan-made sign reading, "Brandon You are The Winner," as the pro dancer has never had his chance to take home the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy.
"I can’t believe there’s people protesting whatttttt????" Pons, 27, wrote in her message, while adding, "love you seee you when i go back for the finals #dwts."
Pons' elimination during Music Video Night took a lot of viewers by surprise, including Armstrong, 43, who blatantly stated that his partner shouldn't have been the one to go home after getting the news of their elimination.
Armstrong's wife, Brylee Armstrong even took to social media to address the "shocking" elimination, where she said in part, "I think that we can all agree that the judging this season has been so crazy."
"I should say the scoring has been wild. Not even just for Lele. The scores have just been wild for everybody," she added, while clarifying that she meant "no hate" to the judges.
"I think it’s almost like a flaw in this system, in the ‘Dancing With the Stars’ judging," she added, while going on to explain that the Judges' Save feature should be added back to prevent more unfair eliminations in the future.
