Lili Reinhart's Birthday Tributes to Her "Love" Cole Sprouse Are Hilarious AND Romantic

Lili Reinhart and Cole Sprouse used to keep their relationship completely private, but the Riverdale stars have started sharing some aspects of their real life love story with the world, and it's beyond adorable.

In a new Instagram post, Reinhart wishes Sprouse a happy birthday, and she doesn't hold back her emotions.

Sharing an intimate photo of her boyfriend, Reinhart writes, "It seems as if the world would still be a stranger to me, if not for you. I’m so thankful that our paths intertwined to form this beautiful adventure~ Happy birthday, my love."

And that's not all. Alongside the romantic Instagram post, Reinhart used her Twitter account to poke fun at her other half, by pointing out that he shares his birthday with another famous person. Sharing photos of both Meghan Markle, who turns 37 today, and Sprouse, Reinhart jokingly wrote, "Happy birthday to the princess, and also to Meghan Markle."

Sprouse also took the opportunity to post about Reinhart, sharing an up close and personal shot of his girlfriend, along with the cryptic caption, "Humming":

Just a few days ago, Reinhart took to Twitter to point out that it was National Girlfriend's Day, and her chosen GIF, which featured Jason Momoa, was an unsubtle wink to Sprouse:

The Riverdale stars, who portray lovebirds Jughead and Betty onscreen, attended this year's Met Gala together, making their red carpet debut. Reinhart wore a shimmery silver H&M gown, which was perfectly in keeping with the theme, "Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination":
