Louis Tomlinson Relists His Los Angeles Home for $6.75 Million
The Los Angeles mansion singer Louis Tomlinson shared with his now ex-girlfriend Danielle Campbell is back on the market for $6.75 million.
Tomlinson bought the home in 2016 for $7.3 million to be closer to his son who he shares with his ex Briana Jungwirth. He listed it last year on Los Angeles’s Multiple Listing Service for just under $7 million, according to Homes.com. The home has now been relisted by Sotheby’s real estate agent Eric Lavey on Homes.com at a $550,000 discount from what Tomlinson originally bought it for.
The Mediterranean-style building has been home to “Oscar winners, writers, and producers” and is “ideal for entertaining, with an effortless flow and a bond between indoors and out,” according to the listing description. It features multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas. It has a black hardwood flooring with white walls and large windows throughout–a dream for those who can’t resist a modern aesthetic. Apart from a gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances, the home has a formal dining room, movie theater, big laundry room, and mirrored wine cellar.
Outside, you’ll find multiple balconies–many of which are private to certain rooms–an expansive terrace, backyard fire pit, gorgeous landscaping, and infinity-edge pool that looks out at the L.A. skyline.
It seems like this home is quite the steal at its discounted price. Check out the listing here, where you can take a full virtual tour of the place.
